As one of typical mortgage bond (mortal engage bond), a bond is designed for investments to uninhabited land and the future interests are dealt.
Regarding above, a future benefit and the interest of an uninhabited island are assumed, it might be with Australia's sovereignty for example, and if the sovereignty with the island would be traded for resale, a mortal engage bond would be assumed, then the tariff might be assumed as the interest of the mortal engage.
Naturally Australia's government doesn't given the sovereignty of the land up to USA, then the payment day of mortal engage bond should come to USA itself from nobody in this assumption.
10% at least for the tariff, it might be 10% for the mortal engage, the assumed total resales of sovereignties on Earth might mean that USA might have all countries on Earth in the Neo-NAZIsm.
But the black fire from the White House is real.
