F2 × F5 CPU. AI or Origin Listening Calling.

The logic of Neumann computer in base-2 is based on ...

(1) our world is based on {0, 1} as number.

The causality found with Ying-Yang five lines is based on ...

(2) {水 (water), 木 (wood), 火 (fire), 土 (soil), 金 (metal)} as reason concept,

(3) (2) can be numbered as {0 (水), 1 (木), 2 (火), 3 (土), 4 (金)},

(4) two categories can be given to (3) as ...(4-i) generative order: 0 → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 0 (again) → ...(4-ii) destructive order; 0 → 2 → 4 → 1 → 3 → 0 (again) → ...

(5) if both 1 in case of (4-i) and (4-ii) are true, the previous 0 (generative) and 4 (destructive) are linked as true, the following 2 (generative) and 3 (destructive) are linked as true.

(6) (2)~(5) are the Chinese wisdom of causality, but as simplest case.

When we consider ENIAC (the first computer of USA, which defeated NAZI's ENIGMA), a matrix of base-2 × base-5 was used, it can be F2 × F5.

The present CPU is made only with {0, 1}, but (7) is possible as renewed one because the former model was achieved once in WWII

(7) {0, 1} × {0, 1, 2, 3, 4} of CPU {logic number × causality number}.

(f) How many lines exist in fig.1? Each line exists in (e), the connection pattern is realized with referring human wisdom by scholar, divelopper or inventor.

(g) (e) can exchanged as any number matrix ⇔ an ordinal given to category ⇔ any human approach.

(g) is found from the cultural inheritance of China more advanced than Europe and USA, the cultural power is in the time accord to realize AI.

A present AI has 80% ability of doctor degree student, but the AI ability can be used other 99% people without the students. I.e., as the social momentum,

(8) 1% doctor student vs. 99% people of 80% ability of doctor degree.

Imagine, if (8) occures on a battle field. 200 drones with 80% ability of past generals in history are reaching to a commander, i.e. 0.8 × 200 = 160 generals' strategy vs. 1 commander's judgement [with his/her soldiers].

I guess therefore the drones over/aroud Ukraine had pushed Russian force back with a Euro model.

And EU has a "counter AI", AI against AI in order to learn and defeat.

In Japan, two 14 year old boys and one 15 year boy used AI's auto-programming, made a cracking (hacking) program, and they succeeded to invade a big bank's system.

Neumann computer doesn't create anything but learning from a man/woman, architecture or algorisms. If once AI lose a game, but then the AI has learned from his/her creativity, our world's momentum will change next.

This is NOT a future story, but reality.

When Sam Altman asked Elon Musk to found OpenAI as "why don't we make Harmagedon occur? (I read it in Japanese, don't know the original English expression)."

CCP is regarding AI as Socialism Revolution.

If I use AI for education, I'll survey students with showing two or more reality made by AI, will observe each student uniqueness, will prepare a suitable set of reality made by AI, and how each student uses the first scheme method or the three step synthesis with the realities shown by AI (But each student's approach shouldn't be inputted into any computer if they want to avoid "technology company's and their third parties' survey"). Because AI's "reason as the lower reaches of effect" should be learned from "human's reason ability as the upper reaches of effect," therefore AI can't generate "from cause to cause" means "creation (the lower reaches isn't origin)" but humankind has the emotion to occupy the "from cause to cause."

The tendency toward occupation is inherited each people from the unique DNA, how his/her parents touched him/her, or how he/she stand up again from difficulty etc..

We should be first or origin because each DNA of lives is no similar instance. Every life is miracle.

Origin, for example, a soulless machine does't love your child, soulless doesn't hear the calling from the soulless.

We should trust that we begin as first/origin of listening calling from soul, every moment is a new second, the world itself is changing.

(9) {calling from soul, changing world} vs. {AI past learned}.

As my consideration,

(h) EU countries are creating search engines recently.

(i) Motivation as voting a cultural sphere is the real body of AI.

(j) If EU citizen or world wide people register their URL and EU search engine collect each people's CPU ID (since the next CPU of Pentium III of 90s, each CPU has ID), every intellectual property approach will be able to be notarized by the association or EU. Then what means AI age will be aimed and decided.

Germany is founding a data center in Norway, UK may join the data center including the notarizing system.

Then there will be some application of the notarized documents of each person. For example, the evaluation of the progressiveness in each URL, the contribution degree for the AI sphere, or the certainty of originality including the data property including the time stamp, etc. are possible to be given to each registered CPU ID to the search engine which can be the base of AI of the sphere. I.e. the record of those who contribute human future is more important than AI.

(k) in range of my knowledge, under China's intellectual property rights' law, every great patent and copyright belongs to China as country. No personal right is there.

(l) Compare (k) and (i). Aiming AI age's victory, there will be many people those who select Europe or those who select China, naturally it is each people's selection.

Fair use ≠ free ride.Where cultural victory is is time strategy to love human future.

We are not a copying machine.
