Frequency mismatch memory. By the way a standard AI-chip?

My PC crashed by memory frequency mismatch.

I used two memories which response speeds were different a little.

I removed older one and inserted a same response one.

By the way, a standard AI-chip common with an international law for a high-speed cryptocurrency will come?

Against terrorism, used e.g. through an oil contract chain, or registered for the joint security action.

For example on Indo-Pacific or BRICs, 1 second for 1 cipher by the common AI-chip, but 10000 seconds for 1 cipher without the AI-chip.

Not influenced into deal itself, but in speed of security.
