I know this method in 2010 in Japan.

I guess the intellectual property right of patent has been expired already.

At a common people's Sushi restaurant (not orthodox and expensive Sushi restaurant)^a, I experienced Sushi of the fish meats and was very delicious.

Even at far place from sea, e.g. inside China, inside EU, far from sea, e.g. from Syria to Germany, I can imagine (3-4)'s fish meat will be very delicious.

^a:

In range of my research, 寿司 (Sushi: congratulations minister) began in Era of the Great Japan Empire, the origin was a fast food with raw fish on vinegar rice for physical workers in Edo Era (about A.D.1590~1868), the popular name was " (su shi: it is sour)."

Each fish for 寿司 (Sushi) is naturally the season's fish, a fish via time, i.e. the fish is chose to taste time poetry or for diplomacy with the cultural occasion with what the fish means "often except words." The meal's theme isn't often the taste itself.

Japanese has immune to raw sea fishes (not to river fishes), but European and American haven't. Germany prohibits raw fish meal, but the bacteria will die if the sea fishes are once frozen, it isn't prohibited.

For commoners' Sushi, other cooking methods are used, for example grilling only Salmon's outside and the Salmon's inside is raw (炙りサーモン) (one of I loved was rare deer 鹿の炙り; naturally deer isn't fish). Sometimes a special sauce is spread with brush on the Salmon's surface before the grilling outside. In case of German, a white Wine as sauce maybe suitable for the 炙りサーモン (grilling Salmon as commoners' Sushi). In case of Islam, alcohol is prohibited, I guess "grilling outside" dries the alcohol in the spread Wine, but I'm not sure how Muslim judges it. E.g. Turkey's Islam doesn't prohibit to drink alcohol.

Recently, Syria made an agreement with Israel in order to exchange their/our security information^b.

And Syria began diplomacy with Germany, then I consider for world food security and divided into blocks like soon before WWII ...

^b: Italy has left there.

E.g. a refrigerator made in Syria may be sold with Indonesia's fishes to Africa, then power plant may be needed in Africa to supply electric power to the home refrigerators. Then some countries people in Africa (there are Islam countries) may eat fishes fresh with supersonic waves for first time of their life.

(time ubiquity)

Naturally, it isn't only with common people's Sushi but to awake to space-time potential with fish meal culture new for them.

To eat fish meal is a consuming.

A power plant as economy requires a consuming and a productivity both. Yet by myself, the first scheme method hasn't been applied for fig.3.1's red square as Islamic creativity/productivity.

NAZIS did genocide to Jews. For example, Rothschild left NAZIS Germany, who strongly drove the German international economy.

On the other hand, Germany had not many colonies in the total history.

It means that this world didn't experience the pain of colonization by Germany, Germany is suitable for the headquarter of the perfect language and pure energy, the place was named as Castalia (Kastalien) in the novel Glass Bead Game.

By Fisheries Right, German's fish meal culture is under limit.
