With reading carefully,
(1) president Trump said as whether the Iranian nuclear ability has lost or not isn't sure,(2) Prime Minister Netaniyahu said as the American mighty unsurpassed the facility.
Bunker buster was used at Iraq war by President Bush administration in 2003 after 911 terror. In range of my research, the bomb's impact is 2 tons under 36 meter although the impact reaches to 60 meter but further weakened. An impact of a truncheon which policemen have is about 2 tons. It can kill people in underground but it can't destroy an underground facility.
Below is just as my hypothesis,

Iran has enriched the nuclear fuel until the atomic weapon level. Israel has destroyed all electric power supplies and all logistics. The nuclear fuels have lost the fuel cooling and are going toward the nuclear criticality. The fuels will explode like the Fukushima power plant in 2011. Although the facility exists in the underground, the radioactive will be shut.

president Trump with tariff has isolated USA from all directions, Russia has progressed while the chance and e.g. has made "partnership agreement" with Indonesia, naturally the sanction as effect has already been lost by a USA president.Pacific Ocean has become to the very unstable place especially if seen from Australia and New Zealand. If also Middle East becomes under the new order's control, we including Canada have no choice to survive.
I stand with Israel.
