Note:
I'm applying the existing physics to describe pure energy with wxMaxima.
I'm using self-made PC with parts about 2014. I guess $60 Linux PC with wxMaxima can be produced for the same spec.
Then in order to avoid excessive competition, like Formula Race, ranking CPU's clock rates etc., $60~500 PC of F1, F2, ... , Fz can be prepared from the world countries for the world people. On the other hand, the original culture's functions are permitted to install into the PC e.g. with the chip of Taoism, Buddhism or Hinduism (refer the content of article 3's semiotics and mathematics).
Here the PC spec is the secondary condition compared with the challengers' uniqueness, and his/her achievement means the primary condition of how they become the hubs to bridge now to human future via the unique country, and of how the people's citizenship/visa is published between the countries in order to exchange the possibilities as he/she is the hub.
With this idea, also any poor country's people has chance to realize pure energy of human future, the population of challengers are logically possible of a hundred of millions, enough to save humankind from the collision of Milky Way and Andromeda that is making the core of Earth spin to backward to heating Earth up to the extinction.
To reward his/her challenge/soul is to reward own country, and is to reach human-future of us.
