I've explained the details of the first scheme method of the Abraham prophecy, and many of the second and third scheme methods.

I have the dream with the realized Abraham prophecy, that the prize of contribution to progress is given like the Nobel prize.

Historically, as Association of Space, I believe UK, Germany, Switzerland and Israel as country should have the committee's responsibility. Although the four countries are naturally sovereign countries, therefore how each the country think will be their judgement.

Only Japan is the exception like IOC has already decided no second Sapporo Winter Olympic will be held forever.

USA is now doing "sovereignty business with the secondary fund of mortal engage." Seemingly the primary fund would be made with any dealt sovereignty.

UK, Switzerland and Russia have had an agreement of economy already.

Catholic has Status Civitatis Vaticanae of Sancta Sedes, I guess Catholic will send members to join to the committee.

Many new developments since the achieved Abraham prophecy in the world will appear, and I as citizen of UK and Israel are continuing my approach.
