The second scheme means briefly "to apply time to purpose."
How to give time to any object is how time reacts to any purpose.
The brain is the organ to reproduce Cosmos, in other words, the quantum leaps in brain is the phenomena which you can use based on how you want to live, and is the phenomena to achieve any purpose.
As my study until 2011, how Buddhism and Hinduism think super abilities of what humankind will reach to is as in my words,
1.視点（兆）、2.予見（試）、3.覚醒（一）、4.先行（進）、5.生起（力）、6.展開（覚）、7.流転（然）。
1.viewpoint (sign), 2.foreseeing (trial), 3.awakening (accord in 1), 4.preceding (progress), 5.occurrence (power), 6.development (cognition), 7.flux (nature).
In () of word is the phenomenal object, out of () is the ability.

While I was trying the imaginary number space to the ultra-light speed and -gravity, not much I practiced the second set of the first scheme method. Therefore I'm writing this article.
