Below is my free reading of Fig.3.1b.0,
Fig.3.1b.0 and 3.1b.1:
"Smallness passes, to undergo. Small thing is possible. Great thing is impossible.
A flying bird leaves of sound out. Improper to go up, proper to go down. It is very good luck.
The figure tells smallness, small person, passes and undergoes.
That passing with purpose is to divine, it permits time to go. Softness gets in.
This [if] with small thing is good luck. Hardness loses the level and not in.
This [if] with impossible is [there is] most important.
[There is] flying bird[s] of figuring here. A flying bird leaves of sound out. Improper to go up, proper to go down, very good luck, up is inverse and down is in order.
The figure tells [that] there is thunder^a on mountain top and smallness passes.
The independent person with go passes at respectful, mourning passes at lamentable, to use passes at frugal."
