Language was realized over experience or toward experience, While the language realization, there was/is/will_be reality/phenomenon.
Then the application of {verb (composing expression); source (reality/phenomenon)} leads to change the world like {variable (of mathematics); phenomenon (of physics)}.
For example,

Mortal engage:
{involve (verb); concentration (source)} → other space will be burnt out.
Terror:
{involve (verb); concentration (source)} → other space will be burnt out.
Mortal engage and Terror belong to same element fire, and in fact we are watching what is the "burnt out" of "other space."

(1)'s next element may be soil, and if the {change; dead angle} is
(2-i) the verb {change composing another space}
and
(2-ii) the source {dead angle of mortal engage and terror seen from future to present},
(2-i) and (2-ii) are being aimed at future by refugees, but yet there is no future, because the {step; distance} (element wood) is yet invisible and is spoiling soil.

(2)'s refugees are originally eligible to realize human potential, but {rise; intention} (element water) is being spoiled by soil itself, i.e. because they are refugee and there is no step to walk, they can't rise. In other words, the soil doesn't have height to use gravity (metal), their given has been robbed.

the {to, to, to} is realized from the space {step, change, rise}.

If (4) will be enough realized with the first scheme method, then
the {verb; source} is included to {any realization}.

The refugees have originally given/talent/potential which should belong to the {lost space}.
The {given/talent/potential → space}; {step, change, rise} will solve the dead angle.
Remember the ±0 progress of mortal engage robbed their given/talent/potential in time progress, the humankind will not able to get anything by their given/talent/potential from future to present.
Fig.4 and the (1)~(6) are an example of
how to use {verb; source} eliminates/controls/realizes phenomenon.
There are many languages' heritage on Earth and the phenomenal power has been yet forgotten, although it is also "given" especially from their holy context (of Abraham, Jesus Christ, Lao-tzu, Buddha, ...).
Also the refugees have their language inherited in their land, in other words, their language will restore their lands' potential, of humankind's progress at achieved from future to present.
