National Census (for Fundamental Statistics)

In Japanese National Census Law as I've read the all articles, briefly,

(1) Japan can investigate those who don't cooperate the census, and takes any material from them. Or if they cooperate, Japan can takes any material.

(2) Japan can distribute "anonymous material" to "independent administrative corporation." Here, any national university belongs to independent administrative corporation.

The period of next National Census will be October 8, 2025.

I believe I can't resist (1) and (2).

Therefore I'll burn all my USB with a microwave oven and shred, at least, all my documents of the symbol method.

September 26, 2025, I've shredded the documents of the symbol method's definition, which Hesse wrote as about 23rd century's technology, and have flushed into sewage. And I'm erasing USB's all unused area, where the dumped files remaining invisible, with usual safe data duplicating.

After the overwriting to the margin of USB memory, I formatted the USB memory with OpenSUSE leap linux. OpenSUSE's format writes {0, 0, ... ,0} at any format, and the PC's storage is encrypted automatically. Secure ☺♪

Before I'll send the document, I'll photograph the document. I always do so for every document.

I will practice the symbol method with my memory, and will shred each practice's document everyday.
