I don't have a qualification as lawyer, therefore below is my personal opinion.

(1) AI has auto-programming capability, AI can program for computer without humankind.

(2) AI can draw a plan with auto-CAD for construction or in order to product robots to product anything.

(3) Auto-supply will soon be possible with auto-drive.

I'm strongly afraid that (1)~(3) will soon destroy the world work space to live and that AI will be regarded as the predator then.

(4) When a few people in the world, e.g. hundreds of thousand people, order (1)~(3) to AI, workers will lose their job soon.

(5) On the other hand, "antitrust law against AI" is supposed to (1)~(3), because (1)~(3) will make trust with AI, the trust will rob workers' jobs with AI.

(6) The concept "fair use" let AI generate trust.

(7) Intellectual property right is exception to antitrust law (see (8)). But "fair use" kill the exception to antitrust law, by the killing the exception to advance the world, any supposed trust becomes valid (see (9)).

(12) The meta-information of who trained AI should be confirmed to notarize the process toward his/her intellectual property right, the meta-information and his/her existence make antitrust law against AI be possible, the workers liberation toward advanced future becomes possible.

Corporations being protected with their intellectual property rights, then AI's occupation is suitable with antitrust law against AI, can make the workers their reliable wages to/from advanced future.

I often met news reports that American workers are losing work space rapidly for example, because AI has ability to program, to plan, to produce and to occupy information.

When private incentive will mean large benefit of people, his/her motivation becomes maximum because he/she realizes his/her roll in the public. {motivation → public growth} derives a strong society/economy.

On the other hand as AI, when no private incentive has been had by everyone, and the ±0 progress in own makes him/her tends lesser to how he/she obtains any benefit in the cooperation, but tends to how to betray other player in the range of cognition more. It is called as "prisoners' dilemma" in the game theory, hope/future/growth will shrink.

Humankind has the three steps to generate something,

(13) reason ← concept ← perception | that AI has

(14) reason → construct → production | that AI has

Yet AI hasn't reason ability, because Neumann Computer is based on concept-construct circuit with semiconductor, the switching requires training by humankind, although the concept-construct and perception-production are overwhelming humankind already with robbing work space.

But yet now, for example, AI can't determine new axiom, and AI can't love your kid except only expression, because there should be that {ordinal linear space (ψ), non-ordinal linear space (φ)} from [i0, [0, 0]] generates {from life, motivation to do including to think} at least, it isn't semiconductor.
