I've read Constitution of Palestine (2003) once.

As my personal reading, I've felt　triple or quadruple syntax.

Briefly, e.g.:

Islam is truth.

Jerusalem is Palestine's capital.

Covenants protect human rights.

Any member of Council isn't impeached.

Any member of Council isn't exploited by Council for his business, manner and anything.

I strongly felt that they don't stop terror, they are similar to Iran.

If there is no Palestinians' agreed constitution before independence, then no state will be possible, just violence will be possible, now it is Hamas in case of Gaza with reacting as Jihad to the increasing mortal engage in the world.

I think there is not "Hamas - Israel" but "Terror - Mortal Engage," especially the carbon emission tradings over oil production are related in case of Middle East, for money.

Mortal engage is nutrition to breed terror.

Although

what will be Palestine State's constitution is the antecedent of their independence, because "Palestinians" are 160 tribes gathered from worldwide like refugees who dream own country.

If UN makes Palestinian Authority show their future constitution before their independence, and if the prohibition of any terror has been written there, and if the resident registration of whether 160 tribes Palestinians agree the constitution or not, there will be Palestine state possible. If it isn't there, nothing will work. If it is there, they will have police ability, legal military (terror isn't sovereign right) and the diplomatic ability as sovereign country.

If the resident registration for the draft of constitution is impossible, Palestine state is impossible from the first. Then terror will be the law there, it will be same with today.

If Palestine state will be possible, and if terror will occur, then the responsibility with their police or military action will belong to the Palestine state. Or if the Palestine State themselves will decide a war, it will be a formal war until one of the countries will win.

If the resident registration for the draft of constitution is possible, and if only normal sovereign rights are there (terror isn't sovereign right i.e. natural prohibition), it will be happy thing in the world, the constitution and the result of the resident registration should be shown over the UN to the world.

The present Iran's constitution permits "to export revolution."

As refer the Iran's exportation of "revolution," I think that the world waits the constitution of Palestine with "terror prohibition."metimes we hear as "if Israel doesn't exist in Middle East, Palestine state was possible" as "if this obstacle air doesn't exist, our bird flied." But if it is as we heard, no Palestine will work there. Not existing one doesn't work.

Fig.1. In Middle-East, UAE and Oman have admitted that Israel is sovereign country, Iran withdrew the recognition, other many of the countries and also many of East-South Asia didn't admit Israel as sovereign country. Fig.1 is from Wikipedia.

When Palestine state will be founded, Palestine state will admit Israel as sovereign country?

The half of century has passed already of whether Palestine Authority will become Palestine State or won't. There should be the draft of their constitution. I think Palestine Authority should show the draft and the result of resident registration.

If yet the both are impossible, I believe any Palestine State will not work forever.

Palestine Authority should prohibit terror in the draft.

The world should end the mortal engage.

Stop to force the ±0 world to the mortal engage of world GDP x 6.
